Many of us carry the painful memory of losing someone close, a spouse, a child, a parent with no clear reason why it happened. The doctors couldn’t explain it, or an accident that shouldn’t have been fatal ended in tragedy.
We are left confused, wondering why?
This article will guide you on how to consciously protect those around you, especially if you are the one people look up to, the head of the household, the provider, the decision-maker, the emotional center of your family. Being “in charge” doesn’t always mean being the father or mother. Sometimes, one person carries the spiritual responsibility for the home, and it is this person who often faces unseen temptations, ones that, if not handled wisely, can invite danger into the lives of their loved ones.
Let me be clear, there are spiritual dimensions to life that many people ignore, not out of disbelief but out of ignorance. One of the most subtle dangers is a spiritual temptation that can manifest as strange dreams, dreams that seem harmless but carry deeper meanings. These are not ordinary dreams; they are moments of choice, moments that can open or close spiritual doors.
Let me share a true story to illustrate this:
A married man, who loved his wife deeply, had a vivid dream one night. In this dream, he found himself lying on top of another woman, a woman he had deep feelings for, though she wasn’t his wife. In the dream, he wasn’t forcing anything; he simply wanted her close. The woman, sensing the intensity, said, “Are you telling me that if this works out, we can have children together?”
The man didn’t answer. And then he woke up.
At first glance, it seems like a strange, random dream. But spiritually, it was far more serious. The woman in the dream was not just a woman, she was likely a spiritual entity seeking permission to enter his life through him. Not for a one-night encounter, but for a lifelong bond that would ultimately displace his physical wife.
If the man had answered yes to that question, even in a dream, within months, his wife could have mysteriously fallen ill or even died. That “yes” would have granted spiritual permission for that entity to take a seat in his life.
I know this may sound strange to some of you, but many people experience this without knowing what is happening. If you’ve ever lost a loved one under mysterious circumstances, consider that it may not have been “just an accident” or “just an illness.” Sometimes, we unknowingly allow these forces access, especially through the choices we make in dreams.
How can you protect yourself and your loved ones?
First, understand that in dreams, you are not fully in control. But your waking, conscious mindset determines much of what happens in those moments. If, in your waking life, you are someone who easily falls for temptation or cannot say no to advances, that same tendency will manifest in your dreams, and that’s when spiritual forces can exploit your weakness.
You must train your mind and spirit to be disciplined.
Live with spiritual awareness. If you condition yourself while awake to always choose the right path, to be faithful, to be discerning, to resist temptation, those instincts will carry into your dream life.
And if you ever find yourself in a compromising dream where something feels off or dangerous, it is better to force yourself to wake up than to go along with it and risk making the wrong choice.
I will leave you with this powerful insight:
If a dream presents you with a child asking you to be their parent, but you already have children in the physical world, do not accept. It is not your role to birth or nurture spiritual children in the dream world when you have your real children here on earth. God did not make a mistake when He brought you into this physical world with a family to protect. That is your first responsibility.
The truth is, the safety of your loved ones is often in your hands, more than you realize. If spiritual forces cannot get to you physically, they will come through your dreams, through your spirit. You must be vigilant. You must be conscious.
