2. Counter-Notification

If you believe that the material removed or disabled due to a DMCA notice was removed in error or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our Designated Copyright Agent. Your counter-notification must include:

  1. Identification of the material: Specify the material that has been removed or disabled and provide the location where it appeared before removal.
  2. Your contact information: Include your name, mailing address, phone number, and email address.
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury: State that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  4. Consent to jurisdiction: Declare that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or your location if outside the United States) and agree to accept service of process from the party who submitted the DMCA notice.
  5. Your signature: Include a physical or electronic signature.

3. Repeat Infringers

Naija Sounds reserves the right to terminate the accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers of copyright.

4. Limitation of Liability

In accordance with the DMCA, Naija Sounds is not liable for damages resulting from removing or disabling access to allegedly infringing material when acting in good faith. We may take reasonable steps to notify the user responsible for the material in question.

5. Modifications to Policy

We may update this DMCA Policy from time to time. Continued use of our platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
