If your design doesn’t guide users, it confuses them. Think about your own shop. When a customer walks in, do they immediately see the products you want to sell, or do they wander around, unsure of where to look?

The same principle applies online. Your website is your digital storefront, and every element, buttons, menus, product pages, should clearly show people where to go and what to do next.

A confusing website is like a cluttered shop. People leave without buying, not because your product isn’t good, but because they don’t know how to get it. A well-designed site, on the other hand, leads customers naturally from curiosity to decision. It builds trust, keeps people engaged, and makes it easy for them to make a purchase.

For any business owner, moving online is no longer optional. But going online successfully isn’t just about having a website, it’s about creating a space where customers can easily find what they need. Guide them, don’t confuse them, and your online store can become as welcoming and profitable as your physical one.
