What is a small act of kindness you do for yourself regularly?

1. I take a bath twice daily knowing that a bath is always free and I can only give it to myself by choice with or without money.
2. I drink a glass of water deliberately too at the close of work irrespective of how many glasses I'd already taken earlier.
3. I go to bed on time deliberately too with the idea that the day's job is done and tomorrow needs a fresh and smart start.
