How do you unplug when the digital world gets too loud?

I live and breathe the digital world.
If I have to make a boast.
I basically sleep here in the digital world.
It never gets to me.
In fact, the real world gets to me.
Having to leave my laptop most of the time to eat can be a great burden....

@frankapokwueze I believe, maybe you earn a greater part of your living through the digital world, not just a place you roam. That is absolutely understandable and quite different from popular opinions, lol.
